How do I access my points if I don't have an account yet?

To access your tokens, you’ll need to create a ~Pourri account using the same email address you used when making your purchase. This ensures your tokens are tied to your account. Once you’re signed in, visit the Rewards page to enroll and view your token balance.

How do I determine my tier?

You can view your current Funk Factory tier by signing into your account and checking the Rewards Dashboard on the Rewards Page or under "My Rewards" on your Account page.

How do I stay in my tier?

Your tier status is based on your token-earning activity over a rolling 12-month period. Keep earning tokens to maintain or level up!
