How does the concentrated refill go in The Assistant?
You simply open the bottom door of The Assistant, align the hole of the top of the refill to the tube in the unit and push up until you hear a 'click'!
How long will the concentrated refill last and how many times do I need to wave?
The concentrated refill lasts for 150 flushes, but this all depends on how many times you wave your hand on the automated device. We recommend waving just once, but it is up to you and your comfort level!
How do I install the batteries in The Assistant?
You simply open the bottom door, locate the battery compartment and place the batteries in. Make sure the flat side of the batteries are against the spring. Please note, the batteries are NOT included and require three AAA batteries.
How to replace a refill
To take the empty refill out of The Assistant, open the bottom door, release the bottle using the latch. To replace, you simply open the bottom door of The Assistant, align the hole of the top of the refill to the tube in the unit and push up until you hear a 'click'!
Help! This is my first time using the Assistant! How do I get it started?
After you install the refill, you will need to prime The Assistant by waving a few times until you hear the first spritz come out of the unit.
What do the indicator lights mean?
The indicator lights are letting you know the batteries and/or refill are low and need to be replaced.
What does the latch inside the Assistant do?
The latch holds and releases the refill.
What is the best way to fit it to my toilet?
The best way to fit The Assistant on your toilet is place The Assistant onto the smallest part of your toilet rim and slide it to the preferred location. Voila!
